Prime Directive

Though any interaction with a local culture undoubtedly can has some effects on it, following the prime directive, we must minimize any significant alterations in local culture. Thus a few precautions:

  • outfits to blend with the local population when conducting passive and non-intrusive sampling
  • outfits that fit local expectations when conducting interviews (e.g. white lab coat to fit local expectations of a "scientist" that asks "questions")
  • other situation/event specific outfits
  • camouflage of advanced technologies
