Firefox - very good web standards support, lots of useful plugins
Operator plugin for Firefox - see and use all the microformats you browse every day
Safari Microformats Plugin - similar feature for Safari 3.2.1 or 4 (OSX10.5 only)
Adium - much better user interface than Apple iChat, all your IM accounts in one app
Last.fm - stream music by tag, including multiple tags
