- Week 1 MWF: 10/10/8/6/40(7+), 12/12/10/10/47(10+), 15/13/10/10/40(15+)
- surprised myself with the 40 finish on day 1. Now I'm wondering if I could do 50 in a test.
- day 2 already hit a personal record. interesting.
- Week 2 MThTh: 12/12/9/7/40(7+), 16/13/11/11/48(15+), 15/15/12/12/40(15+)
- another day 2 personal record.
- bit of a break between day 2 and day 3
- Week 3 TThF: 25/17/17/15/50(25+), 27/19/19/15/45(25+), 30/22/22/20/45(27+)
- day 1 new personal record of 50
- another break between day 2 and day 3
- Week 4 MWF: 27/20/20/17/58(27+), 27/21/21/18/51(25+), 30/22/22/20/59(29+)
- day 1 broke personal record again.
- just one more on day 3.
- Week 5 MWF: 40/32/30/25/46(40+), 20/20/18/18/15/15/14/46(40+), ...
- that's definitely a big step up in total pushups from the previous week.
