begin day script

  • FrontPage FrontPage get out of bed, stand up, drink water
  • bathroom, wash hands & face
  • brush teeth (if electric toothbrush, put things away like clean dishes per EffectiveMultitasking)
  • 5-30 minutes (depending on how rushed I am that day) of yoga
  • time check: if 30+ min since getting up, eat small snack (banana, clif bar)
  • optional: 5-30 min of pilates
  • shower and change for the day's activities
