- FrontPage FrontPage get out of bed, stand up, drink water
- bathroom, wash hands & face
- brush teeth (if electric toothbrush, put things away like clean dishes per EffectiveMultitasking)
- 5-30 minutes (depending on how rushed I am that day) of yoga
- time check: if 30+ min since getting up, eat small snack (banana, clif bar)
- optional: 5-30 min of pilates
- shower and change for the day's activities
